Re-Opening Statment What a year it has been! Luckily our team remained safe and healthy and continued to provide your pets with the care they needed during this time. Going forward we have a plan that allows us to follow suggested guidelines and continue to see your pets safe while keeping you and our team safe and healthy.
That being said, over this past year we have noticed something interesting. Our furry friends are more calm and relaxed upon entering the hospital and during their exams and treatments. The waiting room creates stress and anxiety for many animals. So in the best interest of the animals that we care for, our plan is centered on this improved environment for your pets. We will continue with our curbside “waiting room” and our curbside check-in and checkout process.
As of June 1st, one person may accompany their pet(s) into the hospital for their Doctor's appointment. Call to let us know you have arrived. Wait in your car or outside until the technician comes out for your appointment. If you are more comfortable, you still have the option of remaining in your car or outside. Technician appointments will remain curbside only. This allows us to be able to fit these appointments in while the doctor is simultaneously seeing appointments.
If you decide your pet needs to see the doctor, please call to reschedule from a technician appointment to a doctor appointment. Picking up prescriptions or food will remain curbside only. Call to let us know you have arrived and someone will bring your items out to you. If you haven’t received your COVID-19 vaccine, please continue to wear a mask and social distance.
